Free U.S. shipping on orders over $40. Orders under $40 ship at a flat $5.95.
Orders placed before 12 PM ET on business days typically ship the same day. Delivery takes 2 to 5 business days across the continental US. You will receive tracking by email the moment your order ships.
At launch we ship within the United States only. International shipping is on the roadmap - join the Rinse List to hear when it opens.
Returns
30-day love-it promise. If Rinse is not for you, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund - no questions asked.
For hygiene reasons, used towels cannot be resold; returned items are responsibly disposed of, so we simply ask that you only return what genuinely did not work for you.
To start a return, email hello@zeluraskin.com with your order number. We will send a prepaid return label and process your refund within 3 business days of receiving the item.
Damaged or wrong item?
Email us a photo and your order number - we will send a replacement immediately, no return required.
